The Church is for everyone. Our plans and activities recognise that we are not all the same – we have different temperaments, different interests, different abilities; we come from different home, family and work situations, and we are at different stages of life. That's why our mix of activities frequently changes as we recognise new needs and opportunities. Here are some of the things we are doing in 2007.
Family service at 1030 each Sunday in the Carrick Centre, Houston.
On the first Sunday of each month we also have a quieter Word and Table service at
0900 in the same place.
The Church offers a number of small groups with the purpose of encouraging and building up friendships and the faith of those who attend. These include
The Church prays together for the needs of individuals, the Church and the world. All are invited to take part in
Through the actions of individuals and through the Grapevine Ministry, the Church offers practical support to members, to the community and beyond.
The Church offers the opportunity to be involved in a task or ministry.
Opportunities to build up friendships with each other and those in the community include
Weekly storykeepers club - an extra-curricular activity for P3 and P4 at Houston Primary school run by church members.
The Church has a Sunday school for all ages, where the children, through various activities, find out more about Jesus and his relevance for today.
A special time for pre-schoolers during our Morning Worship

An opportunity during our Morning Worship to discover through guided discussion how the Christian faith relates to issues of particular concern to young people in High School.
The teens in our church are encouraged to participate in youth events arranged in and through the local church, including participation with other youth groups.
